RETURNS --- MJB TONER and MJBTONER.COM offers a full refund and will honor the return of any UNOPENED item purchased from MJB TONER or MJBTONER.COM within 30 DAYS of the item PURCHASE DATE, as confirmed by customer invoice (in most cases, the customer will be required to pay for any return shipping charges). Customer funds will be refunded upon receipt and review of returned item(s). This replacement offer is valid for 180 days from the original PURCHASE DATE of the product and only applies to defective items. After 180 days, MJB TONER and MJBTONER.COM is not responsible for any item purchased or its functionality.
